At home doing nothing in particular

I’m stuck at home, with no volunteering jobs at the moment.  Must learn to relax and do more exercise.

I find that exercise helps with my ongoing depression, and helps to put my brain in gear for meditation and reflection.

I am currently getting very strong distractions which affects the way I think, but hopefully I will get over this and be happy again.
