Has any one ever wondered if Doctor Who was based on a real person? Well I believe It’s myself.

Let me elaborate: first of all the doctor travels around in a little blue box – I travel around in a little blue car. The TARDIS can travel through time and space – I can manipulate time and space (aledgedly), kind of like Hiro from Heroes.

Also I’m quite eccentric and mad as a hatter.
